*Regarding the timing of enrollment
If you join in the middle of the month, the monthly fee for the first month of joining will be as follows.
Enrollment between 1st and 10th: Monthly membership fee will be charged in full.
Enrollment between the 11th and 20th: 2/3 of the monthly membership fee will be charged.
Enrollment between the 21st and the end of the month: 1/3 of the monthly membership fee will be charged.
*Those who wish to practice with CARPE DIEM BJJ at other dojos should contact us in advance using the inquiry form.
We do not accept walk-ins without contacting us.
*In the case of taking a break or withdrawing from membership
Due to the procedure, please be sure to submit a notice of adjournment/withdrawal from the dojo by the 10th of the month preceding the month of adjournment/withdrawal.
Example: If you take a break or withdraw from August, submit the form by July 10th.
We will withdraw 2,000 yen every month during the recess. Please note that we cannot accept withdrawal procedures by phone or email.
